I offer a warm, creative, and unique therapy experience

I’man Integrative Therapist, grounded in a Person-Centred approach. I use a range of therapeutic models including Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Therapeutic Journaling. I am described as a warm and empathic counsellor, deep thinking and intuitive. I see the relationship between individual and counsellor as integral and I will work creatively with you to find the right process and therapy style.

Iam LGBTQ+ affirmative and identify as a bisexual cis woman with a great deal of experience counselling people from all of these communities. I also have significant experience working with people who have experienced domestic abuse, addiction, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bereavement, grief,

self-harm, suicidal ideation, miscarriage, childhood abuse, relationship difficulties and chronic health problems. I am a ‘Spatial Anxiety’ Researcher and I have completed my Masters in Psychology with a 1st, and the prestigious Chancellor’s Highest Achievement Award.

As an Integrative Therapist I use a range of Therapeutic Approaches in my work with clients depending on their individual needs. Of course, we can focus on one individual approach that suits you, or use a hybrid of theories and approaches. This will be discussed in our first session or consultation, to ascertain what has brought you to therapy and what you need from your time with me. What I offer

As an Integrative Therapist and Psychologist I draw from various theoretical orientations and techniques to create a personalized approach for each individual. By combining elements from different modalities, integrative therapy aims to address the complex interplay of thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. I also incorporate Social, Neurological, Biological, and Developmental Psychology in my work, staying up to date with the most recent research in speciality areas.
My approach is grounded in Person-Centred therapy, developed by Carl Rogers, emphasising the importance of the therapeutic relationship, empathy, personal power and unconditional positive regard. This approach focuses on empowering you to explore your own feelings and experiences in a non-judgmental and supportive environment.
