I also have significant experience working with people who have experienced domestic abuse, addiction, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bereavement, grief,
self-harm, suicidal ideation, miscarriage, childhood abuse, relationship difficulties and chronic health problems. I am a ‘Spatial Anxiety’ Researcher and I have completed my Masters in Psychology with a 1st, and the prestigious Chancellor’s Highest Achievement Award.

As an Integrative Therapist I use a range of Therapeutic Approaches in my work with clients depending on their individual needs. Of course, we can focus on one individual approach that suits you, or use a hybrid of theories and approaches. This will be discussed in our first session or consultation, to ascertain what has brought you to therapy and what you need from your time with me.
