About Me

I’m an Integrative Therapist, grounded in a Person-Centred approach. I use a range of therapeutic models including Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Therapeutic Journaling. I am described as a warm and empathic counsellor, deep thinking and intuitive. I see the relationship between individual and counsellor as integral and I will work creatively with you to find the right process and therapy style.

My therapeutic focus is deeply existential and this often centres on Identity, Relationships and Anxieties. I have a background in Philosophy so existential and searching questions are part of my work with clients. I specialise in working with the people with Autism, ADHD and people from the LGBTQ+ community. I have also had many positive outcomes with various types of Addiction including, drug, food, alcohol, shopping, sex and pornography.

Person-Centred approach

I provide therapy that works around your life

I work as a virtual freelance counsellor with Self Space (www.theselfspace.com) who are a the world’s first on-demand mental health space on the high street. They have 7 spaces in London and Manchester, and have been featured in multiple magazines and newspapers. Our mission at Self Space is to positively change the culture around mental health. We are committed to supporting individuals and companies’ employees to access therapy and reach their full potential and this is echoed in my own Private Practice. Therapy shouldn’t just be there for us in a crisis, it can part of our ongoing mental maintenance; making space for ourselves to explore our experiences, be heard and understood. I also really get that it can sometimes be considered a financial luxury so we can explore this to make therapy as accessible as possible for you.
